Tastes

ABV 46% Nose: chocolate, strawberry cream, creme brule, leather. Palate: lighter than expected. The strawberry note loses some of the cream and goes more jammy. Cinnamon. Dark fruit at the end, like dark cherry. Very interesting. Finish: Long. Oily. Woody. Port? There's a dark, rich fruitiness on the finish. So, so lovely. This might be a new favorite.

Fantastic. Deep, rich. Brown sugar. Vanilla. Cherry. Dark chocolate. Caramel. Finishes long and like chocolate covered cherry. Really, really good.

Nose of black tea. Jasmine. Floral palate. Pepper.

Malt, salty nose. Dark fruit. Caramel. Very round palate and long finish. Spice. Really nice.

First bottle-proof I've ever had. It's fun tasting the raw elements before it's barreled. Sweetness of the corn, warm bread of the yeast, subtle fruity quality. Thick oily mouth feel.
