Tastes

Nice nose with traditional bourbon notes of oak, vanilla, caramel. Mouthfeel was very nice more creamy than oily. Taste was oak forward but balanced out nicely with some vanilla and chocolate notes. Finish is where this one really shines with a light oakiness and lingering vanilla that lasts for several minutes.

Really good bourbon that is has a sweet nose and tastes true to proof. I’d like this more in the $40 range.

Nose is sweet with peanut very little alcohol. Nose reminds me of a snickers bar. Taste is very hot with a good amount of oak. A little sweetness and vanilla balances it out some. Mouthfeel is nice and oily, finish lasts for days. Overall, happy I tried this and I really enjoyed it, but a tad hot for me. I probably would have liked this more if I had some distilled water, but the bar didn’t have any.

Tastes like bourbon. Not bad but not great.

Banana cinnamon little to no ethanol. A delicious pour.

Nose is nail polish remover with a hint of funky, rotting wood. Taste is very not as bad as the nose. Not much going on, just heat with a little sting on the tongue. Little bit of nail polish remover on the finish. Maybe I could mix this with ginger ale?

Nose is extremely young, alcohol sting, a touch floral. Taste is all alcohol burn, finish is very drying. I’d like to try this mixed with root beer or coke.

Nose is light, but rye forward, a little citrus and grassiness. Mouthfeel is a bit oily, but just a bit. Flavor is a baking spices, citrus, vanilla, a little touch of spice. The spice lingers on the finish and fades to vanilla. Water adds vanilla to the nose and palate.

Nose is daw dust and oak. Mouth feel is very thin. Tastes is very young bourbon with a bit of corn sweetness and some fresh cut wood. Drying alcohol burn and short finish.
