N:lightness, sweet, fresh P:light caramel, little burn, easy sipper, easy to roll around on the tongue considering it may be 30%rye. F:faint oak, oily, small burn, short finish Such an easy sipper, or really complex considering the high price point. But supper easy to drink. A good bourbon for the beginners would be nicer if it had a $50 price point instead of $9090.0 CAD per Bottle

N: sweet, vanilla, caramel, spice, ethanol smell. P: rye spice burn initially on tongue, caramel then transfers into a sweetness which takes over F: didn’t fine the rye burn carrie’s past the palate, it fades and gives way to sweet finish, faint oak on the end. After a couple sips your mouth gets use to the spice and More flavors seem to surface. It’s a good drinker,50.0 CAD per Bottle
