    Pale gold. Nose: chocolate, butterscotch, honey, cinnamon, wood Taste: a bit oily, kick of pepper and cinnamon then honey and a bit of oak Finish: nice balance, spicy and honey With a few drops of water the nose and palate softens, less spicy and the oak becomes more pronounced

    Nose: maple syrup, vainilla, cinnamon; Taste: creamy vanilla, cinnamon, pepper, some oak; Finish: sweet and spicy Good but felt a bit dry and harsh compared to the regular maker's.

    Nose is sweet with apple, honey a bit of wood. Palate: fruity, oak and occasionally some spicy notes. Light finish, oak and mainly apple that lingers for a while.

    Nose is sweet with chocolate, vanilla, honey and a bit of sherry, oak and cinnamon. Taste again with honey on the front, sherry, oak and some pepper. Medium finish, a bit dry, sweet and oak. Nice one, easy to drink but lacks complexity
