A good value for the price, especially when it is about french whisky. The nose is pleasantly smokey, with notes of claws and toasted bread. The body is quite lighter than the nose can let suppose, yet with pheasant honey notes and a subtle saltyness. It's an easy, simple hey efficient whisky, very decent for the price.

Beautiful, intense peat still well balanced by subtle notes of honey, shortbreads, sea salt. A drop of water will reveal smooth chocolate milk feel in the palate. Amazing depth for such few ageing time, definitely a great whisky for the value...
