Tastes

Caramel sweetness, tons of booze. Smokiness gives way to spiciness. Good spice on the finish. Put a small ice cube in. Unbelievable. Near perfect bourbon.

Oak and more oak. Really getting into the whiskey stave at 18 years. Bypassing corn and char flavor, I’m getting woody smoothness. Reminds me of good scotch. Good sweetness and spice. Very well balanced. IMO this proves 12-15 year aged Bourbon is the best.
