Tastes

Felt jumbled in comparison to the others they offer (cuvee, bourbon, sherry), which makes sense as it’s a mix of those others. Still very good - not sure if it’s plum per se, but they each have a distinct dark fruity note.

Was tepid on initially but really appreciated the last ~third of the bottle. For better or worse, there’s very little rye flavor

Has a random ethanol punch that appears inconsistently, but otherwise a good rye’s rye.

Hint of dill. Enjoyable spice.
