Tastes

Nose: This one is pepper all the way. You get hit with black pepper and cinnamon, but that gives way to apple under tones. Taste: This stays by their name. Once it hits your tongue, it's like you just took a pepper grinder to the mouth. There is some very subtle brown sugar and apple flavor. But this is very much a rye with a big hug at the end.

Nose: Absolutely nothing good comes from this nose. It is very ethanol forward with a subtle scent of corn. Taste: Very smooth. Little to no burn for a 100 proof bourbon. Unsurprisingly, the primary flavor is corn, but you get a mixture of spices that pair very well with it. Caramel and cinnamon mix with a sweet corn flavor that is very prevalent.

Nose: Vanilla and sugary spices come forward with a strong apple back end Taste: Caramel and toasted peppercorn give way to a tart cherry and syrup flavor. This whiskey has a very firm mouth feel.

Nose: Carmel, apples, and pepper spice hit first followed by brown sugar. Taste: sweet. Very sweet. Brown sugar and cinnamon give way to caramel and vanilla with cherries.

Nose: Brown sugar, vanilla, apple tarts with black pepper Palate: Butterscotch with strong black pepper finished with tobacco and clove.

Nose: Strong apple with cinnamon vibe here. Getting some brown sugar and caramel. Palate: Immediately hit with Apple and sweetness then finishes with spices of pepper.
