    An interesting nocino. I get an almost overwhelming amount of umami on the nose and palate. Soy sauce, cinnamon, clove, maple- it’s not.... bad? I think?

    I enjoyed this with a bottle of coke on the side. Good winter evening sipper and goes splendidly with the fried chicken/waffle fries combo (pro tip: ask for the bbq sauce)

    Rarely would I ever consider sipping neat gin (not for lack of appreciation, I just love a martini) but this gem deserves a stage of its own. Bright lemon and floral notes lead the way for a smooth herbal finish. Delicious.

    If sparkle donkey reposado was a colonial style musket, deliciously smooth vanilla and maple notes would be the gunpowder lovingly shoveled into the barrel. Shoot this at your enemies and turn them into friends.
