Tastes

I immediately picc up honey, vanilla and a subtle hint of cherries. It is quiccly overpowered by floral notes, cherry and a subtle hint of spice, maybe pepper or liquerish. On a ending note, pleased with the flavour and not overpowering whatsiever. Will definitely be purchasing a bottle on my next trip to the liquor store.

Keep in mind I am a beginner. Nose: floral and Aunt Jemima syrup. Palate: off the bat I taste nothing but bulleit rye, immediately after it's a peppery aftertaste After: Mellow, smooth burn that is not overwhelming but not as smooth as youd expect from a small batch.
