“Experimental Series by Traverse City Whiskey Co. Northern style gin with hints of cedar wood, cherry bark, lavender and juniper from Northern Michigan.” It’s not my favorite, it’s not light and crisp, and it has an aftertaste that I don’t like. It works better when it is paired with food, rather than just having a cocktail. Nonetheless, the bottle is almost gone.

Busy, lot of flavors.

Clean, crisp, very floral finish.
