With aromas of peat, and wild herbs!.. at the first sip it is perceived light and you are greeted by the sweets of sherry and caramel, moving on to sea salt!.. and again that light smokiness of the peat!.. A short to medium aftertaste leaving the salt on your palate!.. Good like all of Highland Park!..

Intense dark amber color, clean and bright with reddish flashes, great adhesion in the cup forming tears and full-bodied legs. Very pleasant and soft, with a range of fruity and sweet aromas; notes of cooked agave honeys, vanilla, prunes, chocolate, toasted almonds, apricot and tobacco in a perfect balance with the woody notes. Soft palate, balanced and complex, with flavors of bitter chocolate, nuts and red fruits, a slight to tobacco and spices; of great persistence on the palate.
