Tastes

I love this Scotch. It needs time to open up before drinking. Perfect fruity, sandalwood nose. Exceptionally smooth. Finish of spice, light smoke, and seasame. A very delicate Scotch. Seriously, I bought 10 bottles of this stuff when I heard they were making a hiatus in production. May my collection never go dry.

A technical Cognac, though not truly in name. Slightly too acidic nose for me. Too sweet of a finish, as well. The clarity is beautiful, however. It also is decently smooth, if not too acidic.

Excellent bourbon. Vanilla, spice, Sandalwood nose. Finish is of spices, leather, and caramel. Strong burn, but with a smooth finish. Opens up good with a drop of water. Makes a truly epic bourbon and honey.

Very floral nose, with a fruity finish. The Port wine finish gives this bourbon a unique taste. Clarity is very good for the price, as well. Super smooth. One of my go-to sipping whiskeys.
