Sweet sugary smell, definitely some wood as well on the nose coming through. Nice finish but not overly long. Not too complex but definitely pleasant and for $48.00 I am glad I have it. Not a bad purchase.

The smoked apple note is one of the best things I have ever tasted in a whiskey. Got this from a very good friend and only wish it was half the cost so I could justify another bottle. This is an excellent whiskey.
