Tastes

N - vanilla, caramel, fruit pear or green apple, astringent. P - vanilla, oaky, rye spice F - medium astringent finish not my favorite. Better Bourbons for the price I can get it for IMO.

Better than I recall. Classic bourbon flavors with good peppery notes. Short finish.

N - smoke toast meat citrus maybe boiled peanuts P - campfire brine meat strong citrus F - medium finish with peat and citrus

N - meat brine smoke burnt pound cake P - meaty salty Ash slight band aid F - long finish mainly of peaty with some medicinal taste

N Sherry and vanilla P - Sherry citrus slight peat with spice very well balanced F - medium with spice very smooth

N - spice and vanilla caramel butterscotch P - vanilla, red fruit, spice F - long and smooth with the spice and leather. Can't pull out a lot of individual flavors but really enjoy. Very smooth for proof.

N - vanilla clove brown sugar P - initial sweet quickly becomes all spice, mainly clove, and dry oak. F - smooth for proof with long finish of oak and mint. Think I prefer 101 mainly because I prefer spice to take a background to sweet instead of vice versa. Also I don't particularly care for clove or mint.

N - floral maybe some Sherry P - sweet some Sherry with a hint of peat F - medium smooth finish

N - Sherry orange vanilla P - creamy smooth sweet Sherry honey F - medium long finish

N - spiced bread honey P - vanilla frosting baking spice F - Very short
