You get what you pay for. But for just a few bucks more you can get far more complex bourbons. Tried on the rocks and neat and 100% do not drink on the rocks. Even neat the bourbon is fairly weak with not many flavors of note. Light honey on the tounge with very short pepppercorn on the back end.

My fathers drink of choice, he mixes it with pepsi and I see why. This is the equivelent of drinking a livht beer. Weak on the nose, weak sweetness, weak on the finish.

Salt! Very light in the mouth, goes down so quickly with a long finish. Amazing how the aging at the sea seems to actually effect the flavor of this whisky. It seems like a gimmick but to my pallet i really can taste a difference between this and regualr old jefferson.

Buttery on the way in. Molasses and brown sugar in the way down.

A very simple taste. Same flavor profile throughout entire drink. Very smooth with light vanilla.

Drank side by side with the standard Woodford Reserve and you really can taste the difference. This one is less citrus and much more rich and chocolate. Has a very savory taste to it.

Your classic bourbon taste here so not bad. Nothing standouts to me, however it does have a tad more bite then some other big name bourbons.

The nose is cloves, the flavor is chocolate fudge. Can really tell it is a wheated, cery smooth little to no burn. With it being barrel proof an 125.1 proof it can be veey dangerous.
