Tastes

Very pleasant nose. Light taste, light to mild heat that doesn’t linger. Could easily be a daily sipper. Haven’t made cocktails with it but seems like it would be a good cocktail mixer.

Heavy alcohol on the nose. Really can’t seem to find much past that other than subtle oak and rye. Smooth going down. A little spicy with mild heat. Excellent for the price but not my favorite by any means.

Okay nose, decent odor of alcohol present. Pleasant sipping. Nothing extravagant.
