I really wanted to dislike this but it was great. Wonderful nose that matches the taste. Cherry, pecans, and custard with a bit of toffee. Long flavorful finish

Apple and floral nose. Complex mouth that’s a little oily with floral and honey notes and a hint of game. Medium pleasant finish

Like a bouquet of flowers in a bakery. Flowery, shortbread, apple and banana notes with an oily mouth and a medium finish.

Plums, sweet tobacco and cinnamon mix in with the more traditional bourbon notes. On the spicy side. Long, interesting finish with some mild honey and mint.

Vanilla, milk chocolate, pistachio and oak nose. Oily mouth feel with a spikey finish that’s to be expected given its 120 proof

Vanilla, short bread, sweet tabaco, and a hint of peanut butter. Nice complexity with a buttery mouth feel and a pepper note on the finish that isn’t there on the nose or palette. Super easy drinking. I very much enjoyed this

Lots of oak and rye on both the nose and finish. Smokier and spicier than the standard bourbon. I also get notes of red hots and tabaco. Good sample of a high rye bourbon.
