Tried this on a bartender’s recommendation in Austin. Pleasantly surprised by the depth and variety of the flavor profile.

Definitely noticed the brine - pleasant and not heavy. The peat was very light. Overall a flavorful, robust but smooth shot. Very enjoyable.
