Good neat or with an ice cube. Notes of maple syrup and cinnamon that disappear pretty quickly. Very good bottle at $27.

Amazingly complex nose with orange, caramel, little smoke and a bit of spice. These continue as flavors in a very smooth finish and little burn. Could enjoy this one very often.

Really enjoying this one. Note is very maple syrupy. No burn on the tongue but a lot of warmth in your mouth and as it goes down. Smooth and smoky. Very enjoyable.

Nose is fruity with cherries jumping out. I expected a sweeter taste given the fruity aroma but it was surprisingly spicy and peppery. Very smooth with no lingering aftertaste.
