Tastes

Nose: Hit of sea breeze mixed with peat smoke, a bit of citrus, and some apple-like sweetness. Palate: It tastes spicy right off the bat with pepper notes, has a malty richness, and a bit of that saltiness like seawater. Finish: Ends with a long, warm finish. The smoke lingers with a hint of dried fruit and that peppery kick sticks around. It’s quite balanced between the smoky, salty character and the sweeter, fruity notes.

NOSE Apple, soft citrus peel, tropical fruit of ripe pineapple, with chocolate wafer and crème brûlée. PALATE Luscious white peach, fresh nectarine Danish, and thick honey over oat porridge with light spice. FINISH Complex with a multi-layered rich aftertaste of cookie dough, sticky nougat and Morello cherries in syrup.

Nose: Sweet Corn, Vanilla, Apple. Palate: Caramel, Spice, Wood. Finish: Medium-length, Warm with a touch of Pepper and Oak.

COLOUR Shimmering rose gold NOSE Pear and white peach with light floral notes, malt biscuits, orange and soft oak. PALATE Gooey marzipan, fresh raspberries and dried apricots with white chocolate fudge and light spices. FINISH Rich dried fruits, sticky butterscotch and toasted almonds with a long oak finish.
