Tastes

Perfect for cocktails because it stands up to pretty much any ingredient you throw at it. Not bad straight, but it's harsh enough that the inexperienced drinker may be put off. Excellent for the price.

Rich fruit notes with spices and a very subtle peat taming the sweetness. Transcendent when paired with orange dark chocolate. Also difficult as hell to find anywhere, which is probably why it's on the pricey side.
