Slightly sweet, leathery, smooth

Hints of vanilla and oak initially. After 2 drops of water you get more of the citrus. After a few more drops of water the flavors really open and you’ll get more vanilla and smoked maple coming through. Clean finish!

Not too complex, it has a dry, clean finish and the stout barrels add a bit of caramel sweetness. Slightly peppery with a drop of water but not overpowering.
