Tastes

Nose: Honey, Smokey, Bread Taste: Spicy for a 86 proofer, subtle oak flavor comes through. Get some hints of vanilla and baking spices. Finish: It finishes like a mature bourbon that sticks with you. The spice stays with you and it is warm, but not overpowering. The spice and warmth give way to baked bread, peanut, and banana notes.

Nose: Maple Syrup with mild fruit aromas. Taste: Peppery up front with hints of oak. Finish: Medium finish that stays warm but not hot. Texture is a little oily but not over the top.
