Voyage #12: 2/13/18 - Freshly opened Prepared: neat Nose: Spicy upfront, acetone body, light floral ending Palate: Medium spice, brine content can be felt on initial impact, beautifully complimentary flavors, slight oak on the finish Kentucky Chew: medium-light heat Overall: My palate thoroughly enjoys the subtle depth the ocean air contributes to the flavor of this series. At 75$, it’s not just a novelty. It’s a solid pour I’ll constantly have in my collection. Update: 2/13/18 - this could sit in my mouth all day. Yum
