Smell grassy like a fresh lawn. Taste like herb butter.

Sweet and spicy with a lot of wood notes. Tastes like ancient age I put into a 2 liter oak barrel.

classic bourbon with a little extra burn on the end.

Smell lots of citrus hint of vanilla. taste pepper with hint of vanilla alcohol burn butter finish added water smell sweeter more like classic bourbon with more Irish butter taste classic Irish butter with caramel and butterscotch.

More spicy than I expected probably the alcohol. Ends in a sweet cherry and honey. Water brings out the sweet.
