Light nose with notes of grain... overall a light-bodied experience more reminiscent of mid-range cognac than of lower grades of Bushmill's--light, sugary opening with scattered sherry notes, probably courtesy of aging in dry sherry barrels. Evolves on the tongue with a prominent clear and bright fruit note akin to pear or nectarine, then closes with notes of honey and a light bitterness--some fire after swallowing.40.0 USD per Bottle
