Tastes

Sweet but peaty on the nose. The peat does not hit you hard on the intial sniff. The first taste is beautiful mix of peat, cereal grains, almost sweet. The smoke lingers on the tounge and the back of the throat.

Sharp peat right away followed by a slow fade into earth, wet forest floor, that coats your tounge and leaves some heat in the back of your mouth.

Hickory BBQ, coastal salt, peat, just enough peat that slowy drifts off leaving light smoke and orange at the finish.

Quite tropical right off the bat with a flare of grilled peach at the end that left a nice, sweet taste on the tongue
