Tastes

The nose has a mix of red fruits, a hint of vanilla, smokiness from the double charcoal mellowing, and wood. Upon tasting I get a sense of the red fruits, sweet flavored, cinnamon, vanilla, and a lovely array of deep spices after about 5 seconds. The finish is delightfully smooth.

Nose is a wonderful blend of citrus and spice which is brought out in the pot still whiskey. The taste has a delicious sweetness that is refreshing. You then get some of the citrus flavor and end with a nice spiciness.
