Tastes

On the nose initially peat smoke, but when you get used to it, apples and floral notes in which your receptors just bathe, very rich in those aromas; on the palate the apples are again dominant, with hints of honey and caramel, the peat and smoke are lingering in the end and come through nicely for the finish, they leave the party last.

Vanilla, caramel, green apples on the nose; creamy sweet, again caramel and butterscotch on the palate, the sherry influence comes through nicely.

Light, sweet, hints of apples and honey, butterscotch, solid Irish dram for the price.
