Tastes

One of the most interesting whiskeys I’ve had in a long time. S’mores but instead of a chocolate bar I get dark chocolate. Graham cracker toasted marshmallow. Opens up into fresas con crema with strawberries cream and nuts. Then a second of a berry fruit basket. It’s complex it’s rich it’s one of my favorites.

Vanilla caramel. Full mouth feel. Damn good classic bourbon taste for a damn good price. Medium finish honey vanilla not very complex but an easy drinker. I’m impressed. The first highly sought after bourbon that I find great.

Sweet malt character. Dried fruits. Thick mouth feel. Clings to the pallet. Smokey peat and brisket. BBQ brisket nose with floral and fruity notes. Finish is lingering. Peat is concentrated in mid pallet. Gently fades.
