Tastes

nose is malty, chocolate, some darker cherries. color: lighter side of honey. taste: I expected more. everything is forward - pepper, a bright sweetness from the sherry. meh

extremely light color - almost a strained juice. nose: some good smoke, high floral. Jasmine with a hint of heat. taste: it evolves so nicely. mid to late burn around the outside. pepper but the initial is honey. warm to the end. slight apple! all in all very good.

light, honey coloration. looks even clearer from the top. nose: grassy, heavy peat, can't figure out the fruit right now. some sort of melon maybe? taste: medium burn towards the outside of the mouth. sweet but not overwhelming. pear taste. this is bloody fantastic.

light side of honey, almost clear looking. very fruity and floral on the nose - apple, blossom. pear on the tongue. little burn, not much back.

Darker honey bordering caramel color. deep nose: toffee, Jasmine, maybe dark chocolate. front burn, high spice. pepper giving way to a chocolate sweetness

dark, mid Amber. very sweet on the nose: caramel, a little floral. mid burn, a little fennel, a little spice.
