That is so good. But its also a $250 dollar bottle. Don't eat a donut with it.

Wood. There's something like a bitter aftertaste, not sure what they'd call it. Leather? Or something like that. It definitely leaves a sour note on your tongue. No sweetness.

HONEY. Honey. A lot of honey. Very sweet after the burn. Very smooth, but needs to open up or put in a couple drops of water.

Smells it neat: "I think it burnt off my nose hairs" Over a rock. "Oh, what the fuck is this?" After two more sips, "I'm so confused. What is this supposed to be. What the hell is going on." Poured this by a favorite bartender to try. A bit weird. Not getting as much sweetness as expected. Comes off rough around the edges and a bit like rye after sitting on a rock for a bit.

Imagine drinking an old fashioned without any simple syrup. Can definitely taste the orange. Smooth and on the sweeter side.
