Tastes

Can smell the Buffalo Trace mash on the nose, but much more of the carmelized oak when it washes over the taste buds. Lots of Carmel without being too sweet. The finish is not obtrusive but carries a touch of spice.

Delicious, complex, lots of fruit and honey without being overly sweet. The high profile is. To obvious on the nose or the finish. I really enjoyed this Bourbon and plan to add a bottle to my cabinet.

Hints of sweetness and cinnamon on the nose. Great mouth feel. A burst of sweetness but not too much followed by a satisfying bite. The finish is quite long and very pleasant with lingering spice and vanilla.
