Smooth, light, and sweet, but not too sweet. Little to no smoke or oak taste. Enjoyed it neat. Amazing value for its price point ($29.99 for 750ml).

Farm-to-table, and you can drink it straight. A little oily (as expected). The taste is also easily neutralized with a mixer.
