Not nearly as heavy on the maple as some major distilleries (*cough cough* Knob Creek *cough cough*) Maple forward, finishes with an oaky flavor and slightly sticky texture.

Lovely cereal notes on the nose are complimented by a complex and bold fruity finish. My favorite of their cask finishes.

Bright fruit gives way to a smooth milk chocolate and vanilla finish. A decadent dessert whiskey.

Deliciously vanilla and apricot, without too much cereal spice.
