Tastes

This is not your typical rye, it’s almost like a dessert wine or dessert whisky and not in a good way. The toffee notes hit you immediately, but taste like they came from the bottom of a trash can. This lacks the typical spice profile found in good rye whisky.

This is the scotch I would drink if I were going to battle. The smoke hits you right away as if you were standing around a campfire in William Wallace’s war party. You can taste the ocean, smoke, moss and almost hear, “they can take our lives but they will never take our FREEDOM.”
