Just a really nice relaxed scotch. Bready with lots of malt upfront dissolving into sweetness and a bit of spice. Not a super complex finish but theres definitely some burnt sugat and caramel from the carribean casks. Good neat

Definately a classic jamesons flavour upfront, slightly sharp with citrus peel and dried fruit. Mellows out into a bit of vanilla and caramel from the ex bourbon barrels. Barrel char definitely plays a big part in this whiskey with it being pretty light in flavour and a slight complexity to the finish. I would reach for it over jamesons

Pretty interesting blend. A lot of grain whisky involved so it is quite hot on the nose and tongue. Light peat upfront with some baking spices, nuts and dried fruit to round it off i think coming from the sherry casks. Nice sipper

Sweet upfront not too much complexity on the nose. Orchard fruit on the palate with some light spice and vanilla on the finish. Quite thin in the mouth but pleasant flavour.
