Tastes

Nose is candy fruit and Carmel and just a touch of pepper. You can smell the proof, but in a good way. There is more, just complex. I can’t pick them all out. Nice spice! Looking for a hug? This has it. Carmel, milk chocolate covered marshmallow. Some candy fruit, but not prominent. Covers the tongue front to back. The finish is very nice.

This is a slow cooker! Each new taste is a new experience. All bourbon notes and a full mouth feel full of cream fruits and caramel marshmallows! Dry finish at the very very end and a hug too! Great fall bourbon!

This is fantastic! I was worried at first pour. Heavy ethanol! Under that was a dark fruit, and basic bourbon notes. The taste? O M G.! Chocolate, Carmel, maple pastry, cherry! Think badabing cherry! Spice at end!, but on the front of the tongue ! And yet refreshing! Oak after a few minutes.
