Nose: Ginger, grapefruit, lemongrass and light oak Taste: Medium mouthfeel, lemongrass, peaches, burnt toast Finish: Medium length with lemon, light oak and baking spices

Nose: Dark chocolate, sherry and candied bacon Taste: Medium body, sherry, candied bacon and dark chocolate Finish: Long and lingering with candied bacon and dark chocolate

Nose: Golden raisins, sherry, light oak. Taste: Golden raisin creme brûlée very creamy. Finish: Medium finish with raisin and toasted oak

Nose: Honey, toasted oak, dried figs, golden raisins, cinnamon and stewed apples. Taste: Medium mouth feel with same tastes as nose. Finish: Medium with all the same notes as the nose.

Nose: Cinnamon, dark chocolate, bubble gum, old oak, leather, sherry, grape leaves. Taste: Olive oil viscosity, sherry explosion followed by sweet peat malt, old oak and leather. Finish: Long with old oak, sweet malt, smoky ashes, and sherry.

Nose: Honey suckle, peat, lemons, peaches, plums, apricots, and candied pecans Taste: Viscous mouth feel that starts with sweet malt, salted caramel, lemon, old oak, leather and peppered meats Finish: Long this one lingers for a minute with peppered lemon muffin, chocolate and smoldering campfire

Smells like a tropical fruit salad that has been smoked with sandalwood. Tastes very much the same but with less wood smoke and a medium finish.

Nose: Burnt marshmallow, rye spiced, chocolate and mesquite wood. Taste: oily texture that coats your mouth in toasted rye marshmallow, dark chocolate, coffee and leather. Finish: Lasts for minutes with toasted marshmallow and caramel.

Tastes like eating banana corn flakes next to a bonfire by the ocean. This is just ok compared to the committee edition and I would rather drink anything from their core than this.

Nose is strong but after a few minutes the high alcohol fades away leaving orange, dark chocolate and banana bread. Tastes the same as the nose with baking spices. Finish is long with deep orange caramel coating your tongue for minutes.
