Great whiskey from Geneva, OH. Although it’s fermented maple syrup in a oak barrel.. it’s not nearly as sweet as expected. Heavy nose, smooth pallet, with a lightly sweet but sharp lingering finish.

First time I’ve ever preferred a corn whiskey. Don’t let the twist cap and price fool you, it’s delicious and great for cocktails too.
