Pear, Vanilla, nutmeg, caramel, honey, peach make up the pallet, lasting finish, nice warmth going down.

Ginger and green apple in the bouquet, big green apple flavor. This has some sweet caramel too, just need some peanuts and this is fair food! Drinks smooth and soft for a 90 proof, but no real depth.

Mild corn sweetness and a caramel and pepper note, drinks warm and is equally good neat or with some bitters

Floral with light butterscotch and black pepper. Finish is rather hot with a spicy kick.

Caramel notes in abundance, a mild black pepper and vanilla bean note come and go. Very smooth chew and a moderate heat going down. This does not numb taste buds and each sip yeilds consistent flavors.

Interesting bourbon, flavorful and smooth on the pallet, but rather hot finish. Floral bouquet with hints of butterscotch and smoked orange. Soft mouthfeel with ample caramel, mild coriander, and orange peel. Palatable infinitely with softness and subtle black pepper, but swallow and the heat flares incredibly. This is not harsh, but also not faint.

Unique in a spirit crafted in the Scottish single malt style made entirely at one US distillery. This is smooth and warm in a very elegant sipping spirit, with ample milk chocolate notes. That's where I cannot decide, it is delicious, but at this price point smooth semi-sweet chocolate and low complexity is not what I look for. That said, a bottle drinks so smooth that it doesn't last, a dram of this demands another.
