Tastes

Tasting with one small cube. Surprisingly, rather than opening up a 100 pf juice for the better, it seems to have revealed some intense acetone on the nose, and a little on the palate. Disappointing but still an overall tasty pour.

Rye spice with a ton of ethanol. Hits with a little bit of acrid, almost green peppercorn immaturity. Just a second of caramel and fruit on the finish but that falls into a dusty roasted peanut right before the medium-length finish dies off.

The malt gives off a creamy, bready sweetness. Think sticky toffee pudding. Didn't like this much the first time. This go 'round is better.
