Neat this is very smooth for 46% spirit with crisp juniper, herbal and citrus notes that give way to a warming spice. Best served well-chilled and makes a superb dry dirty martini. With tonic, it was particulary good served with 2 parts Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic water over plenty of ice and garnished with ruby grapefruit and fresh rosemary. Solid, more-ish and versatile gin, but exceptionally good neat.
