Tastes

Very light drinking and easy sipping whiskey. Slightly fruity. A nice change if pace from my typical bourbon.

Sweet vanilla on the nose. Smooth and sublte vanilla initially but with a bity rye finish. An interesting blend of irish and rye whiskey best served cold and pairs well with a garnish of lemon.
