I am not a chocolate drink fan, but this one just hits right for me. tabacco, caramel, then at the end a hint of cocoa (like when you have a chocolate truffle with the cocoa on top) Weird but I liked it so much I had to get a second bottle. Over ice, straight didn't release the same. Surprised me.

Smooth and delicious, if you are a fan of rye's this one is not to be missed.

As far as rye's go this is the benchmark. Caramel, honey, soft on the tongue. Mix it, rocks, or just out of the bottle. My go to for a rye

I had a bottle of this last year. Again, a sucker for good marketing.

Good bourbon, I use it in Manhattans, it is a little to strong for my liking, but in a mixed drink it smooths out and is worth the purchase. Stronger flavor profile. Not my favorite, but worth a try.

Tabacco, leather, chocolate, just delicious. Hard to find but worth the hunt. soft on the palette, finish is smooth and lasts just the right length.

Solid bourbon, but for the price there are others that are as good if not better. All bourbon lovers need to try it at least once, if you can find it. Sweeter on the front, strong pleasant finish. Ice, glass, friends that all you need for this one.

Needs to mature more, flavors are overtaken by the alcohol, needs better balance. Overpriced for what it is. Stick with the original Stranahans.
