Channeling my inner Ron Swanson to celebrate the new job. What a great sipper this is. Smoke, but smooth as well.

I guess all the beers and bourbons I have had in my life helped prep me for this one. Only peated Scotch I had prior to this was Talisker. The flavor profile can scare you away and it is very smokey and of the sea, but it is also very good.

Naco was too nice to let me try this. Getting a decent amount of apple. Very smooth
