This bourbon is one step up in level from original Blanton's found in the States(if you are lucky enough to find it in a liquor store and not already allocated). Won two of these bottles in CA auction and am glad I did as this is a very enjoyable drink. I find that the gold is a little more sweeter like honey but with a little more bite than the original. A little water opens it up to great things. I recommend this bourbon for anyone who likes or loves Blanton's as well. Just know that this bottle is originally sold overseas.150.0 USD per Bottle

WhistlePig The Boss Hog IV: The Black Prince
Rye — Indiana (bottled in Vermont), USA
Reviewed June 17, 2019 (edited July 11, 2019)Luckily a friend bought this bottle and we tried it together as it is not worth $500 nor is it worth more than a $60 bottle. My friend and I both agreed that he wasted his money on this and a regular Sazerac bottle for $30 is of better overall taste. We were also tasting my Blanton's gold at the time so there was no question Blanton's was way better as well. Don't believe the hype as it's not worth the cost! Buy or try Thomas Handy Sazerac or 3 Kentucky Owls if your going to spend the same cost!500.0 USD per Bottle
