The Thunderbirds were in town for one of their amazing Airshows and I’d seen (and mostly heard) their practice the day before over our Neighborhood. The next day I went early to the Airshow and spent the day taking pics getting use to my almost new SmartPhone. Getting thirsty on an abnormally hot October day, I Stopped by the Class 6 for a soda and this amazing bottle was inscribed and laser engraved.( Also on Sale) Double Mellowing and filtering puts this in a category almost by itself. Easy on the nose, lighter flavor , very vanilla, slightly oaky finish.Very close to Irish whiskeys in the extraordinary smoothness. This one deserves no accessories other than a glass. If you must, add a few drops of spring water or maybe a small ice cube. As a Bourbon Snob, mostly Loyal to products made in the BlueGrass State I wasn’t expecting this one be such a pleasant surprise.25.0 USD per BottleClass 6 Shopette

Coopers' Craft Original 82.2 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed February 26, 2019 (edited December 26, 2019)Not surprisingly gives me memories of the Bourbon I cut my tasting teeth on. Jim Beam 7yrs. Spicy nose yet a little smoother on the way down. Vanillas and Oaks with a hint of brown sugar. Great Neat at room temperature or with a small ice cube to draw out some depth. I’m not much of a Mixogist, but I’ve also enjoyed it with Dr. Thunder and Ginger Ale. A15.0 USD per BottleClass 6 Shopette
