Tastes

Nose: Fresh pineapples, smokey air but light, faint but still there green apples, some saltiness. Taste: Tires, a light smoke, ham with pineapples minus the overly sweet "rub." Finish: It doesn't linger maybe a minute or two, and she's gone. Super enjoyable dram. Doesn't require too much thought to see what's there. And what's there, you're gonna like. 8/10

Nose: Almonds with pepper and some fruit Taste: Citrus, some sherry and definitely vanilla, maybe some sauternes. Finish: Medium almonds linger for sure This is as much a desset scotch as any you can have at 54%. It's not astringent surprisingly. The Sherry comes on strong, as does the citrus, but it's not off-putting. Good dram. But it's and end of night one as it swings above it weight. 83/100

Nose: school desk and grain alcohol Taste: Red hots honey grain alcohol spice but not discernable Finish: not quick enough. The grain lingers Its kinda spicy but not in a good way. But at 45% its lrobably a decent mixer or something you give your father in law. Then watch him dump all the ice and coke he wants in it. 2.5/5

Nose: Corn, cinnamon, old books Taste: Nutmeg, Red Apple, Burnt Sugar Finish: Lingers a bit. Burnt rye bread/sugar, apple Not bad at all. Makes a great old fashioned. But okay as a sipper as well. In the sub 30 category a good deal.

Nose: Peach sugar cane stalk Palate: Candied peach other citrus notes, grain alcohol Finish: Medium the sugar and grain linger At first I was thinking Glemorangie 10 yo but it's much sweeter and more enjoyable. Taste is mindful of peach rings with an oaky note. Can easily be an all night sipper.

Nose: Brown Sugar, Oak, Caramel Alcohol Tatste: Spice, Corn, Powdered Sugar, Alcohol Finish: Medium, something on the tail end. Reminds me of Absolut only on the sides of the tongue though. Not bad at all. More like a high end mixer.

Nose: Oranges, Vanilla, Light Smoke, American Chocolate, Plums., Honey, Salty Air. Taste: Smoke, Oranges, Vanilla, Walnuts. Finish: Medium Real good dram, for me it's like an extremely elevated Monkey Shoulder, solid 85.
